I'm Chris, I am 24 and work as a software developer.

I've lived in Bournemouth all my life and I love the area. Over the years I have been part of many musical groups, playing trumpet in big bands, orchestras, shows... you name it! Currently I play mainly big band music with "In the Pink" and the "Swing Unlimited" group.

I have never done anything this adventurous before, so when the opportunity arose to climb Kilimanjaro for such a good cause, I jumped at the opportunity!

Money raised by the Kilimanjaro climb fundraisers is being donated to the Cementing Futures charity. Cementing Futures is a charity in the UK that is working to provide educational facilities to the underprivileged in the slum areas of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
